Hudson Mohawke has had quite the busy year. First signing on to G.O.O.D Music as a producer earlier this year, he began to release cuts and tour under his collaborative effort with Lunice, TNGHT. This summer, he also contributed to Kanye's Yeezus and met up with Nardwuar the Human Serviette to discuss his relationship with the G.O.O.D team and playing with MF Doom in Russia.
This month, it was reported that Hudmo was to remix fellow Warp artist Jackson and his Computerband's "Vista." While there was a snippet of it making rounds earlier this month, the whole remix is now available to hear in its entirety.
As expected, it's just as good as the original. In all its glitch-work and fuzz-synth glory, the remix doesn't venture too far off from the original. Losing a bit more of the dulcet vocals and silhouette electronics in favor of grand piano melodies and gilded climaxes, the remix is a dancefloor-ready track.
