As you may have heard, Conan O'Brien is white. Not only is he white -- he's a pale, red-haired Irish guy from Boston. They don't come much whiter than that. Sarah Silverman pointed this out recently and attempted to liberate O'Brien from his uptight Caucasian fetters by unleashing his inner woman and getting funky by saying the word "vagina."
After convincing sidekick Andy Richter to belt it out, Conan finally obliged. He sang it to the heavens, and the crowd went wild. Unfortunately, this had an unforeseen effect on a baby whose parents were watching the show. Her mom managed to capture some video, which you can watch (and see Conan's reaction to it) below.
