Arcade Fire are in Australia right now, playing shows in support of their latest album, Reflektor. Yesterday, they payed a visit to Triple J Radio, where they had an interview and played a few stripped down versions of their songs.
The band performed two tracks off Reflektor, "Normal Person" and "Joan of Arc," as well as "My Body Is A Cage" from their album Neon Bible. All the live performances differ from the studio releases, with "My Body Is A Cage" featuring an eerie harmony and cowbell, and the two Reflektor tracks utilizing acoustic guitars.
Along with the performance, Win and Will Butler spoke about writing music for Spike Jonze and the film Her, their new album, and their families musical history. You can listen to the full interview below, as well as watch a couple of the performances.
