At a concert in Uniondale, NY on Sunday night, Jay-Z spotted Björk in the crowd, gave a shout out, and paid a brief homage to the Icelandic artist, playing the very recognizable lietmotif from Björk's song "Pagan Poetry," off her 2001 LP Vespertine.
