A random tweet last night lead Sky Ferreira fans to a new record/video—a cover of Ariel Pink’s “My Molly,” the latter artist who also appears in the video. Sky’s version comes off as more in-your-face compared to the LA rocker’s 2006 original, with louder guitar strums, bigger drums and vociferous singing. The video is directed by Grant Singer of “Everything Is Embarrassing” distinction.
