“Bleach Pool,” the latest from the Nigeria-Chicago transplant and JODY member (and producer) James King, aka The GTW, is the third consecutive track from the singer to use an Atlanta bass framework. Inspired by one of King’s previous girls who inconsiderately dragged his clothes through a pool of bleach, the song features breathy croons of now understandable relationship contemplation atop propulsive beats and a most prominent fluttering of piano keys. Can we get an EP of this shit?
