Tracks like this with a star-studded cast are once in a lifetime. But it seems that Captain Murphy, a.k.a. Flying Lotus, can make it happen often. He's featured with all of these artists once before, but never all of them on the same tracks, which makes this a very, very special occasion - one Adult Swim was very lucky to get on their hands.
The latest track on the Adult Swim Singles Series is arguably the best one yet. Starting off with a amazing verse from Viktor Vaughn - I mean DOOM - it all shifts right into Earl Sweatshirt's lap, when he spits off incredibly wordy raps that seem like his trademark. All the while, in the midst there's this slow-tempo, lounging rhythm keeping all of this from exploding everywhere. Captain Murphy's verse is probably one of the best he's done and the best of the whole song.
