When you graduate from the Berklee School of Music program, you best have come out with something to show for it. Well, Kevin Friedman and Jackson Phillips as the duo Carousel definitely has more than enough in their pockets of music to show for it. With the release of their upcoming Palms EP, they've been garnering numerous accolades and praise for their synth-filled tracks "Wolf's Awake" and "Not Enough." And now, they once again unleash another track from their EP titled "Close My Eyes."
Following the previous two singles, "Close My Eyes" is also filled with layers upon layers of sugary sweet synths and airy vocals. Then beats collide into the frosty sounds melding all together for a sound brimming in youthful exuberance.
You can now order their EP digitally through iTunes. It will be officially released on August 5, 2013.
