G.O.O.D. Music producer-MC Hit-Boy crafted one of hip-hop's hits of the year with A$AP Rocky's "Goldie," but today he transforms said anthem for his latest on-the-mic effort, "Goldie HS87 Remix." The HITstory rapper alters the chords and layers some additional synths and keys over the original backing drum sequence, and proceeds to spit his own swag bars through the opening slot. Recruits of his HS87 movement, the Audio Push duo lay down additional bars while K. Roosevelt harmonizes the hook with Drake-esque delivery.
Having remixed Slum Village and Kanye West's "Selfish" earlier this week, let's hope this fresh material signals a new project from Hit-Boy on the horizon. Stream and download his "Goldie" remix below.
