Frank Ocean's lead single of his masterful sophomore album channel ORANGE has officially gone platinum. "Thinkin Bout You," which is the first track on the album, has sold one million copies. Being one of the catchiest and most accessible tracks, this shouldn't surprise after Ocean's album officially went gold - selling 500,000 copies.
In other Frank Ocean related news, he was featured on Tyler, The Creator's track "Bimmer", which was at the end of the official video to "Domo 23." He has also collaborated with Martin Gore (of Depeche Mode) and Pharell Williams, while announcing he will work with Danger Mouse and possibly King Krule for his next album, which is already 10 or 11 songs into finishing.
