One of the most beautiful songs that came out of the nineties was Radiohead's "Fake Plastic Trees" from their sophomore album The Bends. Almost twenty years later the song still resonates through all musical genres including hip hop and RnB. And last Thursday, we got to witness Frank Ocean do a short rendition of the song during a Spotify Conference performance. Although short, his vocals shined bright and brought back all of the nostalgic memories that the song brings.
