Backed by a full band and joined by Anthony Hamilton, Nas performed "World's An Addiction" off his latest album Life is Good on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Against a dark backdrop the rapper effortlessly rhymed while Hamilton crooned. At one point Nas even had his hand in his pocket.
