Riff Raff (a.k.a. Jody Highroller) is one of hip-hop's most polarizing figures. His critics dismiss him as a nonsensical rapper that's not to be taken seriously while his fans view him as genius while they try to decipher what he's saying. After listening to his latest track "Rookie of the Year 2013," its hard to argue with the latter.
