Last night Jeff Mangum joined a slew of altruistic celebrities and musicians as part of The People's Bailout, a telethon organized by members of Occupy spin-off, Strike Debt. The show, hosted by NYC's Le Poisson Rouge, featured appearances from Janeane Garofalo, Lee Ranaldo (Sonic Youth), Guy Picciotto (Fugazi), John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), among others. Mangum and Picciotto performed together, a cover of Tall Dwarfs' protest song "Sign the Dotted Line," which you can watch below.
