Austin Psych Fest, the three-day music festival focused on all things woozy and guitar-driven, announced its preliminary lineup for 2013 yesterday. Bands such as Black Rebel Motorcycle Club,Deerhunter, Warpaint and the Black Angels will take the festival's headliner slots — but Psych Fest's offering of notable rising bands isn't anything to scoff at, with acts like White Fence, DIIV and Gary War also slated to play.
Austin Psych Fest will take place April 26 through 28 at Carson Creek Ranch in Austin, TX.
