This summer brought you Double Dragon, the engrossing mixtape from Houston rapper Fat Tony and Brooklyn-based producer Tom Cruz. Now they're back with a new song, "BKNY," and a video to match. In the face of the increasing cold, Tony, Cruz and Old Money remind us of summer's warmth and fun times as they travel throughout the city selling nutcrackers to the good people of New York. Maybe that's why Cruz's awesome backdrop feels so woozy?
"BKNY" isn't all about nostalgia, though; directed by Ryan Muir, it's also a sweeping ode to Brooklyn. You'll see cameos from Kool A.D. of Das Racist, Mr. Muthafuckin' eXquire, 10ille, Johnny Nelson, Nick Catchdubs, Melo-X, Lil Friday Hoe, Chippy Nonstop, Dark Sister, Jimmy JAMS and Nasty Nigel from Children of the Night.
