Mark McGuire left Emeralds last year and released his first solo work, an EP titled Surrogate Channels in December. Today Dead Oceans is streaming his debut solo LP Along the Way, which will be released on February 4, via The Fader. The stream at The Fader also includes an interview with the former Emeralds frontman.
