Everyone reunites at some point, so why not legendary British shoegaze group Slowdive? With Neil Halstead and Rachel Goswell having performed together for the first time in ten years last year and other members of the group (Simon Scott, Christian Savill, and Nick Chaplin) now active on twitter, there are definitely signs of things stirring in the background. To make things even more interesting, the band itself has a twitter account that just went active that's counting down to a specific date: January 29, 2014.
In addition to all of the live and twitter activity, Halstead was asked as to what it would take for the band to reunited. He answered with “just shitloads of money.” So did someone with a love for classic British shoegaze and Creation Records reach down into their deep pockets and pony up?
