Since its inception in 2009, the LA-based Black Hippy crew has given us plenty of gold. And while Kendrick Lamar might be the most famous of its members, he's definitely not the only one worth giving serious consideration to.
Another big Black Hippy name, ScHoolboy Q, is set to release his third LP on February 25. Entitled Oxymoron, the album follows 2011's downright successful Habits & Contradictions, as well as three teaser singles released last year. The official video for the latest one, "Man of the Year," drops today, showing the rapper's (presumed) idea of what success means: being the sole man on an island full of beautiful women.
