Lady Gaga's ARTPOP hasn't been doing so out. Or at least there's been a rumor that she's cost Interscope Records a reported $25 million dollars. But now that her new album will be available in China, a country with a population of over 2 billion, she just might see a resurgence in sales and the opportunity to perform for new "Little Monsters."
Unfortuantely, her previous album Born This Way has still been deemed too "vulgar."
