
As festival season approaches, festivals all across the states are releasing their full lineups. With Coachella, Firefly, and Hangout having done so, Governors Ball has decided to follow suite with the reunion of hip-hop's most renowned Outkast and rock mainstays Vampire Weekend, Jack White, and the Strokes serving as the headliners.
The festival will take place at Randall's Island on June 6, 7, 8 and the lineup was featured this morning in a New York Times ad. Other acts included on the bill include Disclosure, Phoenix, Skrillex, Interpol, TV on the Radio, Foster the People, J. Cole, and Empire of the Sun.
More hip-hop and R&B artists include Tyler, the Creator, Earl Sweatshirt, Ratking, The Internet, Banks, Chance, the Rapper, Run the Jewels, and Janelle Monae. For more rock artists and all its various subgenres, there is Julian Casablancas, Spoon, Broken Bells, Sleigh Bells, Neko Case, The Kills, Diarrhea Planet, Deafheaven, and much more. Other acts include Grimes, The Glitch Mob, Tourist, Haerts, Skaters, Classixx, and more. Look at the full lineup below.
