For what might be the most bewildering four minutes of your day, Ghostly International stable mate Chester Anand, better known to you as Lord Raja, has recently put up a new track on his Soundcloud. Titled “Indian & Thistlex,” it’s a divergent of his excellent Rubies EP for the aforementioned label last year in its following of a structured beat and overall more sinister disposition. Abstracted electronics entwine with what becomes to sound like a howling, tribal vocal manipulation for an unlikely techno-directed number. Fingers are crossed for a prolific 2014 for Raja.
