TNGHT: Did TNGHT Break Up?

As the sun began to set on the final Friday of the year, the electronic trap duo TNGHT (consisting of Lunice and Hudson Mohawke) posted a YouTube video entitled “Waning Moon” onto Facebook and Twitter accompanied by the message: “Until next time we meet.”  The video (which you can see below) shows flickering images of their signature crescent moon logo, the night sky, as well as the duo performing onstage.  Finally, we hear an audio clip of TNGHT thanking a roaring crowd.

To top things off, the duo also changed the profile picture of their official Facebook page to a photo of the moon being engulfed by a dark cloud.  Two comments were posted by TNGHT onto their new profile picture with nothing but links to both Lunice’s and Hudson Mohawke’s individual Facebook fan pages. 

Is this a clever/artistic/mysterious announcement of the end of TNGHT?  We are sure to find out soon.
