Lots of celebrities speak their minds when an election is right around the corner. Some of these endorsements are predictable -- does it surprise anyone that George Clooney supports Barack Obama? Others are a little stranger, like in the case of Meat Loaf's confusing speech on behalf of Mitt Romney.
However, some of the best are done for effect. That's why the latest endorsement by director Joss Whedon is so excellent. The premise behind the video you can see below (via BuzzFeed) is that, in order to hasten the zombie apocalypse, we must elect Mitt Romney. Only his policies will plunge us into a violent hellscape of shambling undead, so it's our obligation to cast our vote for the Republican.
