The highly underrated and more-than-impressive Mexican psychedelic duo, Lorelle Meets The Obsolete, have announced their third album, Chambers, after aural onslaughts On Welfareand Corruptible Faces. Chambers sees the band clearing the thick haze that was present on their early recordings and pushing a much more interesting sound with Sonic Boom of Spacemen 3 putting his name on the mastering. All in all, if we're looking into the relative future of 2014, here's an album you should put on your calendar - February 17, 2014 is the day your ears finally get to thrive in the fog of this band's third album.
The latest track to come from Chambers, "Music For Dozens" is a screeching, groove-oriented rouser - capable of inducing a daze into the colorful void this track illustrates so well. It'll put a spell on you - much like "What's Holding You?" (another track on Chambers) did, when it was released back in late September. "Music's" ending will have you flying with enthusiasm for things to come, because the track's ending has got to be more exciting than some live shows. Imagine them playing it live...
