Fresh off releasing their newest album Golden Girl on November 12, Nyteowl has now released their video to "Get In It": a video of random montages of the band, flamingos, parrots, knights, and owls.
Known for their post-apocalyptic pop vibes and R&B styling, the three piece outfit does reap an 80's influence with Depeche Mode synths and the Cure's guitar noodlings. But don't mark them as nostalgic or that they're trying to garner pastiche labels.
As they coalesce the track with timbres of post-inebriated confidence and sinuous guitar melodies that wobble like neon jello, their songs cushion themselves between channeling old-school genres like Motown and 80's electronic while still incorporating live instrumentation and including new R&B sounds.
