Darkside is set to release their anticipated full-length album titled Psychic on October 8 via Nicolas Jaar's imprint Other People. To make the wait more manageable, Jaar and Harrington released the behemoth 11-minute "Golden Arrow," in late August and have now followed up with the release of "Paper Trails."
It seems like the duo is going for an eclectic sound with Psychic as "Paper Trails" ventures far off from the brooding synth-driven "Golden Arrow." Their newest track is a sensual blues burner; tumbleweed guitar riffs, smooth baritone timbres, and subtle electronics all coalesce into one. Listen to "Paper Trails," and "Golden Arrow" below.
