First coming onto the scene with their debut album, Purple Naked Ladies, Odd Future's The Internet are now offering a followup album titled Feel Good, which will be out September 24th via Odd Future Records.
While the Internet's debut found the duo sounding like bedroom synth-project, it seems that their forthcoming album will be a bolder effort. Feel Good sees the founding members Syd "The Kid" and Matt Martian collaborating with an ironclad list of artists including Mac Miller, Chad Hugo, Yuna, Thundercat, Jesse Boykins III, and Mike Einziger.
The OFWGKTA duo haven't left us empty handed as they have released a new single titled "Partners In Crime Part Two." The single doesn't venture far off their jazz rap swirls with Syd's honey-sweet timbres. Yet, they do expand their sound to encompass feather-light jazz melodies and bedroom-eyed synths. All the meandering guitar noodles are courtesy of Jeff Gitelman who is a member of The Stepkids and past-guitarist for the likes of Alicia Keys and Ford and Lopatin. Hear the track below.
