After a prolonged absence, M.I.A. is back, complete with handclaps and foot stomps. "Come Walk With Me" is the new single from the forthcoming album, Matang. The song seems to be edited since it was last seen in April 2012 and features a calmer, more laidback M.I.A., with breezy lyrics about forgiveness and requests to be her best friend. Though the chorus reassures listeners: "It's cool / I'm still gonna f*ck with you." The LP, whose release has been pushed back for months, is expected to be out November 5 via Interscope. Let's hope the press doesn't involve any truffle fries-related scandal this time around.
