Spencer Krug (Wolf Parade, Sunset Rubdown) has announced a new album under his Moonface moniker. Unlike last year's Moonface release With Siinai: Heartbreaking Bravery, which was recorded with the Finnish act Siinai, this album features nought but Krug and a piano. Krug has released a track titled "Everyone is Noah, Everyone is the Ark," from what he is describing as a love-album titled Julia With Blue Jeans On. The track feels stripped bare and emotionally raw compared to the work fans of his other projects might expect.
