Indie pop never left. In fact, some of it just got remixes. The perfect example would be Belle and Sebastian's "Your Cover’s Blown" by Miaoux Miaoux. The Wes Anderson-esque but in mystery form music video was directed by Graeme O'Hara and stars Hannah Murray (whom you'll be familiar with if you watch 'Game of Thrones,' she plays Gilly). She performs as the charactr Catherine Deneuve. And let's say a lot of strange things happen to Deneuve. But regardless, the song's happy cheery vibe makes the music video much more charming than a heart pumping thriller.
The track comes off Belle and Sebastian's The Third Eye Center. It's a collection of rare tracks, B-sides, and remixes. It is out today via Matador.
