Currently Madlib and and Freddie Gibbs are finishing up the final touches on their collaborative LP, Pinata, which should boast an ironclad list of contributors including Odd Future's Earl Sweatshirt, Domo Genesis, and Casey Veggies; East Coast's Joey Bada$$ and Meech of Flatbush Zombies; and others including Danny Brown, Ab- Soul, Mac Miller, Polyester the Saint, G- Wiz, and BJ the Chicago Kid.
But in the meantime the two came together again with Karriem Riggins to release a track titled "City" featured in the Adult Swim Single Series. The track will be available for free download at Adult Swim on July 22, as well as the release of the track on vinyl by Madlib's Madlib Invazion Label. Stream "City" via Rolling Stone.
