Last month, Mount Kimbie played in London at Hoxton Docks in support of their recent album Cold Spring Fault Less Youth. At their show, the duo invited a full fledged brass ensemble with two saxophones, a trumpet, and trombone to accompany them in their song “So Many Times, So Many Ways.”
Put together by Noisey, the short film showcases the ensemble's talent as they give their take on the collaboration. In the video, the duo also talk about why they wanted to add live instrumentation into their usual electronic driven set, and what pointers they took from their friends, the xx, while on tour.
