Here's continuing proof that Starlito's one of the greatest rappers working today. The Memphis MC's new short film “Reasonable Doubt” is not a music video, but a scripted musical drama about a failing relationship. It’s scored by some of Starlito’s finest and most richly lyrical songs of the past year, many of them from December 2012’s criminally slept-onFunerals and Court Dates. It's a perfect visual complement to ‘Lito’s recent music, in all its paranoia, poignancy and frankness. Compatriot Don Trip shows up to deliver both dialogue and raps and Robin Raynelle sings and co-stars as Starlito’s estranged S.O.
