Kendrick Lamar's label debut, Good Kid m.A.A.d City, is dropping in less than a week, and today he shared one of the album's most anticipated tracks, "Poetic Justice."
The R&B-tinged jam features the oh-so-popular Drake and Lamar spittin' rhymes over chill beats, as well as an angelic female vocalist crooning in the background. It's no surprise that both MCs are proficient in rapping, but what does come as a bit of a (good) shock is the heartfelt lyricism they both lay down. This is a beautifully executed track, and if it's any indication of the album as a whole, it's going to live up to its hype.
