Adding to the list of groups formed in the eighties releasing new albums this year, Scotland’s Primal Scream have joined the club. Today, the first single from their 10th studio LP, More Lights, debuted on BBC6 Music.“2013” features Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine on guitar and intact is the Glaswegians’ trademark neo-psychedelia rock jam. You can hear the single (or half of it since the record version is over nine minutes) via stylized music video - a lepidopteran-adorned world of psychosis.
More Lights will be available on May 6 in UK (no Us dates as of yet) via First International.
