They've always been around, lyric videos that is. But who knew that every artist today would start off with a teaser lyric video prior to releasing the official music video which then either coincides with the single release or precedes it. Well, The Flaming Lips just released a tripped out psychedelic lyric video for their new single "Sun Blows Up Today."
The new sunshiney track will be featured on a Superbowl Commercial next week for Hyundai. Hyundai will also be giving away 100,000 free downloads of the track on Hyundai.com and sponsor the lyric video that they just released. This all comes together as the band just announced their upcoming new album The Terror.
