Does this unreleased track from Sufjan Stevens sound too similar to Emerson, Lake & Palmer's trippy "Endless Enigma 1?" The legal powers that be seem to think so. "Which One Are You?" was supposed to be included on 2009's the BQE, Stevens' multimedia love letter to New York's most hated highway. That never happened because, according to Stevens, he "could not clear melody w/ELP publishers. The Endless Enigma of intellectual property [good one, SS]. One person's homage is another lawyer's annoyance, I guess."
