What a great Christmas present for fans of Pulp and LCD Soundsystem. Yesterday, Pulp released a new version of "After You" that was recorded by James Murphy. According to Pitchfork, fans at Pulp's recent show at Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield, England were given Christmas cards that featured a link to download this special version of the song.
"After You" was originally a demo track that was released over 10 years ago.
You can clearly hear the influence of Murphy on the new version of the track and fans of both LCD Soundsystem and Pulp will likely want to dance to this one. Listen to "After You" below. [CoS]
