It just may be the end of the world as we know it. In a little than half a year PSY's "Gangnam Style" has almost hit 1,000,000,000 (that's one billion) views on YouTube. It's garnered so many accolades and viral love around the world that even the President of the United States, Barack Obama has mentioned to doing the famous horsey dance if he had won the election. Unfortunately, no tape of that has been leaked. But other than the president everyone else in the world has done it.
So what's next? There's only so much time left for the "Gangnam Style" fever to stay hot. There was speculation that PSY was suppose to have a new single by November, but unfortunately November has already passed. And although no new single was released at the time there was another mention that the next track would be with someone "big."
Well, yesterday Diplo one of the biggest producers in the game tweeted this out:
no lie i just finished something with @psy_oppa and @2chainz the mayan calendar predicted this

So is this the big collaboration that PSY was talking about? Diplo has produced some of the biggest hits in the last couple of years and that includes Usher's "Climax." And there's also no doubt that Diplo is no stranger when it comes to working with K-pop. YG label mates G-Dragon and T.O.P. had worked with the maestro on their track "Knockout."
No dates have been giving as to when PSY will be releasing any new music, but if the new track with Diplo and 2 Chainz is anything like the GD&TOP track, it's surely to be a very hip hop influenced track. We might actually be seeing some real verses from the K-pop King.
