Due in part to his lengthy tour itinerary this year, we haven't heard much in the way of new material from Derek Vincent Smith's electronic brain child, Pretty Lights. Luckily for fans, a brand new track has leaked and it's undoubtedly one of his biggest and best to date. In response to the track prematurely seeing the light of day, Smith decided to follow through and give the song away for free anyway.
"So Bright" is six minutes of blues infused electronic gold, boasting charismatic bass beats, impressive synth work and wisely chosen sampling. This track is the first single to surface from Pretty Lights' forthcoming album which little information is currently known about.
